Located in the upper reaches of the Tesh Valley on the way to Teshwave.

Population: 800

Economy: Little surplus available for sale/trade to travelers. Townsfolk barter for the exchange goods moreso than actually purchase items. Coinage is less important here than in most other places.

Things to see and do in Dagger Falls:

• Teshfold Arms Inn. 2gp/night (1gp of which is `insurance')
• Temple Of Lathandar: Burned and ruined, this was the location of the mage-lord's lab
• Red Rock Tavern: a dive, but popular with the locals
• Broken Dagger: tavern that is popular with the army and police
• Caravan Supply Store: equipment and supplies
• Eagles Eyer: a rocky knoll rising above the town
